Viewing your overseas property

Each country that we work in is somewhat different and in some cases varies from area to area .
Below are some of the options open to you.
TURKEY
In Turkey we sell properties in both the Aegean and Mediterranean,
Should you wish to visit the Bodrum Peninsular we can offer a 3 or 4 night viewing trip for £49 per person. The visit is guaranteed ‘no pressure’ and gives you a great insight to the area you are visiting and assistance in areas such as finance
Your stay in Bodrum Turkey with our Property Developers will include:
• All airport transfers
• Accommodation of your choice .We are very confident about our developments and offer you to stay in Our own Hotel or one of our own developments with customers who successfully purchased their properties from us. You can than discuss and learn about their experiences and all about buying property in Turkey especially buying from our Property Developers.
• Accompanied by the Turkish/English Property area specialist.
• Inspection of the area and all available properties within your budget.
• Sightseeing to the local historical sites and place of interest such as beaches the new marina and the golf course areas.
On the Fethiye coast we do things slightly differently.
The air ticket to Dalaman is bought by the client but then you will be looked after by our overseas team as follows. There is no cost attached to the following itinerary and again we guarantee a ‘no pressure’ 3 days. ( If you do purchase we will refund your air fare up to a value of £500 for two people)
Day 1.
You will be met at Dalaman by your property representative and will be taken to your hotel to check in. You will then be taken for a guided tour of the area and its facilities.
Day 2.
There is a meeting in the morning where we will explain the purchasing procedure in Turkey taking a relaxed look at contracts, costs, finance and legalities, after which your property specialist will be your guide for a full days inspection of our properties; breaking of course for lunch and coffee. You will be returned to the hotel for dinner.
Day 3.
After breakfast, you will be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations. If you have found a property you can’t resist we will be happy to prepare a contract for you to sign.
Day 4.
Should you wish to return to a particular property this is a perfect time to do it, or, if your mind is made up you can look at furniture with the after sales team or have a relaxing day on a boat trip around the beautiful Fethiye Bay.

FRANCE
Clients visiting our properties will be entitled to up to £500 travel cost refund if they purchase through us. All you need to do is reserve your property and you will receive a cheque from us as a way of thanking you for working with us
EGYPT
We can assist in many ways with your inspection visit to Sharm El Sheikh. If you book your inspection visit through us and decide to buy a property we can refund you £500 cash . In addition many of our developers will match this so in some cases you will be entitled to £1000.
We can also offer some great prices on some 5* hotels while you are looking
